Bell revealed that they hired Jefferies to conduct a strategic review, which includes evaluating new investors and potential sale of the company. Lockheed Martin’s proposal values Terran Orbital at around $600 million. Bell expressed satisfaction with the validation the offer provides for Terran Orbital.
